Enjoyable overall experience. Clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect just next door to the best attractions and the shopping malls. The service was very good, the food was outstanding! Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was excellent.

Savoury breakfast, peaceful location, fairly clean place overall. The rooms were large & luxurious. The beautiful staff offered very efficient services. The pool on the premises was very clean. Good restaurant onsite and pleasant views.

The place was pleasant and impressive and the staff were accommodating, the location was unbeatable in the center of the city. The food was high quality - lots of options. We had a great time.

Property was high-class, with RESPECTFUL staff and beautiful location in the city center of Kuala Lumpur. Complementary drinks at main bar, top-notch service. Lobby was outstanding. Totally fab experience.
The breakfast they served was really poor, hope one day it will be better.

I had a wonderful stay here and strongly recommend. Beautifully designed rooms and absolutely lovely staff, I truly enjoyed unrivalled location too. They served enjoyable breakfast. Magnificent view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too.

Chef is the best ever! For lunch or dinner go to Aragan Yokocho, located a few steps away from the hotel. Early check in and late check out.

All in all an impecable hotel and good stay. The folks working here were absolutely fantastic and we liked its super central location. Breakfast was scrumptious - plenty of options. Accommodating service throughout too.

Great tourist spots like kl forest eco park were right by this hotel. We were happy to find Zipangu 300 m away, where we could eat
